You may subscribe to the monthly digital edition by leaving your name, email address, and phone number in the "Contact the Editor" section of this site, or by sending an email request to ChristianIndex@thecmechurch.org. You will receive a PayPal invoice for one (1) year. It may be paid using a credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

For the monthly paper edition, go to the "All Products" tab on this site and click on "Subscriptions." Then print, complete, and mail the subscription form, or you may call the CME Church Department of Publications/Miles Bookstore at 901-396-5400.
